October/November 2008: This issue introduces the Vision Team, presents The Scriptural Foundation for the new conference, Vison Statement, Mission Statement, Core Values, and Guiding Covenant.
December 2008/January 2009: This issue present the Scriptural Foundation, Vison Statement, Mission Statement, Core Values, and Guiding Covenant again in a different format along with a listing of the boards and agencies of both the Wyoming and Central Pennsylvania Conferences. There is a commentary by CPC Director of Connectional Ministries, Mike Bealla.
February/March 2009: This issue presents answers to frequently asked questions by Vision Team Co-Chairs, Rev. Beth Jones and Rev. Dr. Timothy Baer. It also introduces the new Igniting Ministry expression: RETHINK CHURCH.
